Sol : This wine is produced from grapes cultivates on different terroirs of the Pays d’Oc. The clay-limestone soil gives the wine its freshness and acidity and the stony soils, richness and roundness.

Climate : South/southwest exposure protected from prevailing winds

Tasting

Dress : Beautiful pale yellow color, brillant with silver reflections.

Nose : Captivating aromas of candied fruits such as figs, apricots, pineapple and white fruits. Nice complexity on the nose.

Mouth : On the palate, the perfect balance between creaminess and sweetness, as well as its freshness, make it a wine of remarkable harmony and elegance.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 6° and 8° c
