Terroir

Sol : This wine is produced from grapes cultivates on different terroirs of the Pays d’Oc. The clay-limestone soil gives the wine its freshness and acidity and the stony soils, richness and roundness.

Climate : South/southwest exposure protected from prevailing winds

Tasting

Dress : Pretty pale yellow color.

Nose : This wine is rich and aromatic, with intense flavors of fruit and vegetal notes : currant, passion fruit, green tomato, citrus. It has floral undertones, as well as a mineral flint scent.

Mouth : On the palate, it is very fresh with good acidity and a rich, round finish.

Recommended serving temperature : Between 6° and 8° c

Food and wine pairings : Serve very fresh with seafood, fish and salads.
